Shipping Information
Orders are packaged for you in recycled plastic bag and can be shipped worldwide.
Estimated time for delivery is 1 week (NZ only), international can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the country - if you require a faster delivery time-frame - please directly message us on Instagram so I can priority pack your order.

$9 flat rate tracked within New Zealand
$15 tracked rural delivery in New Zealand
FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100 (within NZ only)
INTERNATIONAL Shipping;
AUSTRALIA - $25NZD for tracked shipping
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - $100NZD tracked shipping which includes the new tariff charges.
All OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF AU & NZ & USA - $45NZD tracked shipping
Return Policy
Should you have an item you wish to send back for a store credit or refund, please ensure your return meets the below requirements. Cost of shipping will be the responsibly of the buyer. Please use the 'Contact Us' form here with your order number, reason for return and what items of your order.
Once your item/s has been received back by post, a refund will be issued to the value of your return. All returns must meet our return requirements for a refund:
1 - Return request must be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your accepted request. If we have not received your return within 30 days of accepted request, your return will automatically be rejected.
2 - Not be a custom made piece - if you have any issues with your custom order, please contact me via 'Contact Us' but a refund will not be available unless there is a fault.
3 - All second-hand purchases are final - no returns or refunds provided unless you feel the garment was not accurately described on our website - please contact us if this is the case as we will sort out with you.
4 - Anything else with a garment tag 'Sunny Mini' needs to be;
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Free of any damage - makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, animal fur, hair, etc.
- Original tags still on
5 - All items at a discount of 50% off or higher are final sale.
If the above requirements are not met we may offer a store credit depending on the situation.
Please note : We do not offer exchanges - only refund and store credits. This is due to the limited stock we have for our products we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available.

When you create an account, place an order or register for a service offered by Sunny Mini, we may collect the following personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and billing addresses so that we can process and fulfil your order. Correspondence (including email) may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts.

All details collected by Sunny Mini are required to provide you with a personalised shopping experience and may be used in some or all of the following ways:
- To improve our products and services.
- Fulfil and deliver your orders and manage your account.
- Update you on the delivery of the product and for customer support purposes.
We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates and promotional offers. If you no longer wish to receive communication from us, you may unsubscribe at the bottom of our newsletter emails. We do not sell, share or trade personal information collected online with third parties. In exceptional circumstances we may be required to disclose personal information to a regulatory body only where there is a legal obligation to do so.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement here. We reserve the right to modify and change the privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently.
Custom Order Policy
Custom orders are not returnable.
If there has been an error or fault, please use the 'Contact Us' form here and I can review.
Please ensure you are happy with the confirmation before payment - any adjustments to the design needs to be agreed before payment is made.
Full payment needs to be made before your custom order is started.
Filling out the 'Custom' order enquiry form doesn't guarantee I can accommodate your request - however I will do the best I can! I will confirm once I have received your form what the wait-time is currently.
Why is my discount code not working?
Here are some possible reasons for your discount code to not be working:
- Only one discount code can be applied to an order.
- Most discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to items already at a discount.
- Many of our discount codes can only be used once.
My order has arrived and its faulty! Now what do i do?
In the occurrence that an item is missing from your order or you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via our 'Contact Us' form here within 7 days of receiving the order and you will be given instructions of what to do. Items must not have been washed or worn.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify your order. If you contact us right away our 'Contact Us' page here we will try our best to adhere to your wishes as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped we can no longer do this.
